KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST/MANAGER

The Key Account Specialist/Manager will be accountable for sales development of high quality pharmaceutical products in defined centres in Bulgaria. 

Responsibilities:
• Develop assigned accounts by implementation of account specific sales programs 
• Maintain current assigned key accounts and improve customer relationship management 
• Be responsible for key customers strategic for the company and be focused on maintain and expand sales
• Work with high levels of health care organization. Have the purpose to build strategic long-term partnerships. Work as a bridge between user and administration within public customer
• Understand market dynamics and adjust activities accordingly
• Be responsible to achieve sales plan for the assigned sales territory
• Work with other departments/divisions and distributors to find most effective way of increasing sales and/or improving productivity through cooperation
• Collect information on competitors’ sales, prices, products
• Provide feedback to managers on important marketing and sales topics through monthly reports (highlights, forecast, activity plans)

Requirements:
• University degree – medical or pharmacy one preferred 
• Min. 2 year sales experience in high quality and high price products market paid with public funds 
• Ethical behaviour 
• Very good command of English language 
• Competency in MS Office applications 
• Clean driving license
