The local affiliate SANOFI BULGARIA EOOD is looking for Medical representative – Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Sliven (substitution due to maternity leave)
•Apply of standardized Sanofi framework for effective and recognized call;
•Ensure call frequency rates on targeted doctors that meets company requirements (qualitative & quantitative);
•Implement and monitor a territory action plan according to strategy;
•Propose, assist in and organize meetings and seminars to promote company image and/or product awareness, with the objective of achieving the targets;
•Develop and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, decision makers, physicians and pharmacists in the assigned area;
•Perform regularly customer profiling in line with agreed criteria;
•Updated daily in the therapeutic areas of responsibility and products in order to meet the requirements of health professionals according to the code of ethics;
•Knows the strengths and weaknesses of competing products;
•Takes personal responsibility for his / her professional development seeking feedback from his boss;
•Demonstrates professional behavior governed by the principles of the code of ethics and values of the company maintaining and enhancing the excellent reputation of Sanofi in Medicine and Pharmaceutics community.
•Achieve objectives (demand in units, value, MS) for determined products in the designated territory;
•Effectively manage the assigned territory by means of planning (territory KPIs, analysis, record keeping, resource allocation, call planning, etc.);
•Report regularly to management product & market status through submission of field intelligence and activity report;
•Report adverse drug reaction in accordance with the requirements of the company quality system.

•Bachelor degree, preferably in medical background.
