EgyuttHato – Унгария бе хост на проект за peer-супервизията, проведен в Романи, Унгария. Проектът имаше за цел да разгледа методите и етапите на peer-супервизията и важните елементи и роли в нея.

Представители на сдружение „Маверик“ участваха в проекта на тема „Peer-cупервизия”, в който участваха младежки работници, тренери и ментори от 10 държави. Проектът бе финансиран от Erasmus+.

Включването в този проект беше изключително полезно за всеки един от българските участници. Работният език по време на проекта беше английски, като всички работеха и общуваха в интернационални групи.

The project aims at development of capabilities of active trainers and youth workers to use peer-supervision in their daily work. The participants learned the concept of peer supervision and how to implement it in youth projects, contributing to the general aims of ERASMUS+ programme.

The project used the non-formal education with self-reflection and self-knowledge activities of youth workers and trainers.

Peer supervision can be useful for trainers/facilitators/youth workers. Participants learned new methods for regular and critical self-reflection and for peer-supervision. The project develops the participants at their intercultural communication, multicultural attitude, tolerance and empathy.

Peer-supervision is the most efficient tool of self-reflection recently in youth work.
