Terms and Conditions of the CredoWeb Platform 

 

1. Welcome to CredoWeb 
The mission of the CredoWeb platform (also called the "platform" or "CredoWeb") is  to connect all healthcare participants (users, medical professionals, organizations). The platform offers a variety of communication tools and solutions to all users and strives to be a digital space where users exchange expert medical and health information. 

 

2. Agreement 
We inform you that by accessing, registering and/or using the platform and any   of our  services available on www.credoweb.ro and/or additional our services available at other web addresses (collectively referred to as "services") http://www.credoweb.ro/,  you enter into a legally binding agreement with CredoWeb Ltd, UIC 201725772 (even when you use our services on behalf of a legal entity). 

 

a) This AGREEMENT includes terms and conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy and other terms that you will see at the time you first use certain features on CredoWeb. New features can be added by CredoWeb periodically. If you do not agree to this AGREEMENT, do not access, register, use the platform or our services; 

 

(b) This AGREEMENT applies to both registered users of our services referred to as MEMBERS and unregistered users referred to as VISITORS. The term USER applies to both categories of MEMBERS and VISITORS; 

 

c) In order to use the CredoWeb services, you agree that you have reached a minimum age as defined by your local law. Platform services must not be used by persons under the age of 14.  

 

3. CredoWeb takes care of your personal data 
By registering on the CredoWeb platform, members give their explicit consent to the collection of personal information about them, as well as to its use by CredoWeb within the framework of these Terms and Conditions and our separate Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully.

CredoWeb will take all legal and reasonable steps to protect the personal information of its users.  

 

By using the CredoWeb platform, you consent to the use of cookies in your browser. More information about cookies can be found in item 4. 

 

4. Cookies  
Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Cookies used by CredoWeb do not store any personal data.

5. Rules we expect you to follow as CredoWeb users: 

 

5.1. Your membership of the platform 
These rights and obligations apply to all members and all types of user profiles on the CredoWeb platform - personal profiles, professional profiles and legal entity profiles.  

 

a) Your membership profile on the CredoWeb platform is free of charge. Premium services are available for some user profiles and may require payment. CredoWeb will inform you in case of charges required before you request any Premium services. You have the right to decide not to request these services.  

 

b) In order to become a member of the CredoWeb platform, we will require you to complete a registration request with which you will provide CredoWeb with your personal data and you will need to agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. You may be required additional information if you register with a professional or legal entity profile.  

 

c) You must not create more than one personal account on the CredoWeb platform and you must not create a false identity in it.  

 

d) You are obliged to provide correct information in your account and update it throughout your membership.  

 

e) You must not create or use a foreign account without permission.  

 

f) If CredoWeb deactivates your account, you will not create another one without our permission. 

 

g) You must not share your password or perform other actions that may jeopardize the security of your account. 

 

h) You must not transfer your account (including the Page) to anyone else without prior permission. 

 

i) If you choose a name or similar identifier for your profile or page, CredoWeb reserves the right to remove or recall them in case it deems them inappropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username not closely related to the user's real name). 

 

j) You agree to use the CredoWeb platform in a respectful manner and not to post offensive or misleading content.  

 

k) If you have a professional profile or legal entity profile, you are obliged to comply with all applicable professional rules of conduct when using the CredoWeb platform and its services. 

 

l) You must not misrepresent your current or previous positions and qualifications, commitment to natural or legal persons.  

 

m) You must not send spam or other unsolicited messages to others. 

 

n) You must not commit acts that are illegal, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or reprehensible.  

 

o) You must not post unsolicited or unauthorized advertising. You must not send junk e-mail, spam, chain letters/messages, pyramid schemes, or other similar actions unauthorized by CredoWeb.  

 

p) You agree that CredoWeb reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations regarding users in part or in full to a third party. 

 

You have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT at any time, complying with item 9 Termination of this Agreement.  
You are responsible and obliged for any information, content and actions related to your account.  
Professional profiles and profiles of legal entities undergo a verification procedure by CredoWeb. CredoWeb cannot guarantee the identity of all accounts using its services. You are responsible for the damage caused if you use a professional profile or legal entity profile without being entitled to do so.  
If you suspect that someone is trying to jeopardize your account, you must notify CredoWeb immediately. 

 

5.2 Notifications, system messages and advertising 
Ads play a big role in supporting and providing CredoWeb services.  
To control what messages to receive from CredoWeb via email, please review your account settings.  

 

5.3. Messaging and sharing 
CredoWeb services allow you to send messages and share information in different ways – through your profile, through content (articles, status posts, comments, galleries, shares) and through an internal messaging system. Information and content shared by you may be seen by other CredoWeb members and, if they are public, may also be seen by visitors to the platform. Where settings are available, CredoWeb will consider your choice about the visibility of your content and information. Please note that some services are confidential by default and can only be seen by those for which they are intended. 
The CredoWeb Platform is not obliged to publish any information and content and may remove it at its sole discretion, with or without notice.  

 

5.4. Protection of the CredoWeb platform and user information  
The CredoWeb team strives to keep the platform safe, but cannot guarantee it. We ask you to assist in your ability to protect its security: 

 

a) You should strive to keep your account safe: (1) choose a secure and difficult password (minimum 6 digits, recommended combination of numbers and letters); (2) keep your password; (3) report any suspicion that someone is trying or accessing your account; (4) report any suspicion that someone is attempting or endangering the security of the CredoWeb platform.  

 

b) You must not publish and send unauthorized commercial information (such as spam) through the CredoWeb platform. 

 

c) You must not collect user content or information or otherwise access the CredoWeb platform by automated means (e.g. bots collecting information; robots; spiders or scrapers).  

 

d) You must not market illegally on the CredoWeb platform, e.g. pyramid scheme. 

 

f) You must not publish information that contains software viruses or other harmful code. 

 

g) You should not attempt to collect login information or access an account that belongs to another person. 

 

(h) You must not harass, offend or harm other users. 

 

i) You must not use the CredoWeb platform for illegal, misleading, harmful or discriminatory purposes.  

 

j) You must not take any action that you may take, overload or interfere with the normal functioning or interface of the CredoWeb platform, such as an attack or interference with page loading or other platform functionality. 

 

k) You must not perform activities simulating the appearance and functionalities of the platform, as well as those related to farming and mirroring techniques, allowing redirection to false and infected sites. 

 

l) You must not: (1) claim or imply or that you are representatives of the CredoWeb platform; (2) rent, lease, borrow, trade, sell access to the platform or related data; (3) you benefit monetarily from the services of CredoWeb or any other function of the platform without the express consent of CredoWeb Ltd.  

 

m) You must not use deep-link to our services without CredoWeb's express consent for any purpose other than to promote your account or page on the CredoWeb platform.  

 

n) You will not support or encourage any violations of this AGREEMENT or our policies.  

 

5.5.Protecting the rights of other users 
Users are obliged to respect and protect the rights of other users of the CredoWeb platform: 

 

a) You must not post content or take any other action on the CredoWeb platform that affects or violates other people's rights or otherwise violates the law. 

 

b) You must not copy or use other users' information, content or data available on the CredoWeb platform if you do not expressly consent to this. 

 

c) You must not remove any notices about copyrights, trademarks or other property rights contained in the content of the CredoWeb platform.  

 

d) You must not disclose information for which you are not entitled to disclose, infringe intellectual property rights or other rights of CredoWeb Ltd or other natural or legal persons without their express consent.  

 

5.6. Intellectual property rights 
CredoWeb Ltd. reserves all intellectual property rights on the platform (including logo and other trademarks, service marks, designs or registered trademarks, technical or intellectual know-how): 

 

a) You must not use the copyright of CredoWeb Ltd. or commercial or other similar brands that may cause confusion, except when you have the prior express written consent of CredoWeb Ltd.  

 

b) You must not copy or use information, content or data on the CredoWeb platform unless you have the prior express written consent of CredoWeb Ltd. 

 

c) You must not copy, modify or create derivative versions of the CredoWeb platform, its services or any other related technology, except when you have the prior express written consent of CredoWeb Ltd.  

 

d) You must not apply engineering methods, decompile, dismantle, decrypt or otherwise attempt to extract the platform source code or other related technology or parts thereof.  

 

e) You must not remove any notices about copyrights, trademarks or other property rights contained in or on the CredoWeb platform or in its content.  

 

6. Consumer rights 

 

6.1. Sharing content on the CredoWeb platform 
As a user of the CredoWeb platform, you own the content and information you post on it and control who sees your content using your account settings. You grant CredoWeb Ltd. only a non-exclusive global license, transferable and sublicensable regarding the right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish and process information and content that you have provided through the CredoWeb platform without the need for additional consent, notice and/or compensation for you or others. These rights are limited as follows: 

 

a) You may terminate this license for certain content by deleting the relevant content from the CredoWeb platform or generally by closing your account except (a) to the extent that you have shared with others as part of the platform and they have copied or stored the shared content and (b) for the time it takes to remove it from the backup store and other systems. 

 

b) CredoWeb will not include your content in ads for third-party products and services (including sponsored content) to other third parties without your explicit consent. CredoWeb has the right to show ads near your content and information without compensation for you or others.  

 

c) Other users may access and share your content and information, depending on the visibility you have enabled for your content on the CredoWeb platform.   

 

d) CredoWeb may edit and change the format of your content (such as translating, modifying the file size, layout, or file type, or removing metadata), but will not change the meaning of your request.  

 

6.2 In order to maintain relevant content for users on the CredoWeb platform and in accordance with applicable law, you agree to the following terms: 

 

a) CredoWeb may access, store and use any information you provide in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. 

 

b) CredoWeb is a digital health platform and its content should be linked to the areas of health and health. 

 

c) The content or information provided must not infringe the law or one's rights (including intellectual property rights or a contract concluded). 

 

d) The applicable law may prevent advertising of prescription drugs to the general public. You agree that if you post content or information about prescription medicines, they will only be directed to healthcare professionals. If you are not sure if the content or information is for prescription medicines, you can contact a CredoWeb administrator. You can also consult what is considered an ad or how to target your content correctly. 

 

e) You declare that your account information is correct. CredoWeb Ltd. may be obliged by law to restrict and/or remove certain information or content from the form.  

 

f) When you submit suggestions or give feedback to CredoWeb Ltd about its Services, you agree that CredoWeb Ltd. may use and share them (but is not obliged) for any purpose without compensation for you.  

 

6.3. Other Content 
Using the CredoWeb platform, you may come across content or information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, illegal, offensive or harmful. In general, CredoWeb Ltd. does not review the content provided by its members. You agree that CredoWeb is not responsible for the content and information of third parties (including members) or for any damages and loss of profits resulting from or reliance on them.  

 

6.4. Restrictions 
CredoWeb Ltd. has the right to modify, suspend or terminate any service. CredoWeb Ltd. is not obliged to store, maintain or provide a copy of any content or information that users have published, except in the cases expressly provided for by law. 
CredoWeb Ltd. reserves the right to restrict the use of the platform, including the number of user contacts and the ability to connect with other members.  
CredoWeb Ltd. reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close a user account in case of suspicion of violation of this AGREEMENT. 
The CredoWeb platform contains information in the field of healthcare, but nevertheless does not recommend treatment and medical advice. For any of your health problems, you should seek advice from a licensed medical professional.  

 

7. Denial and Limitation of Liability  
We try to maintain proper functioning, the absence of viruses and the safety of the CredoWeb platform, but you use it on your own responsibility. We provide the CredoWeb platform in the state in which it is, without any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of marketability, fitness for a particular purpose and no violations. We do not guarantee that the CredoWeb platform will always be safe, secure and error-free, or that it will always operate without interruptions, delays or problems. CredoWeb Ltd. is not responsible for the actions, content, information or data of third parties, and you release us, our directors, managers, employees and representatives from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or related in any way to any claim you have against such third parties. 

 

To the extent permissible by law (and unless CredoWeb Ltd. has concluded a separate written agreement that takes precedence over this agreement), CredoWeb EOOD (and those with which CredoWeb Ltd. works to provide the services) will not be liable to you or others for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or any loss of data,  opportunities, reputations, profits or benefits related to the Services (such as offensive or defamatory statements, downtime or loss, use or changes to your information and content). 
Applicable law may not permit the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  

 

8. Changes 
We may periodically amend/update these General  Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.  Once the notice period has expired and the changes have taken effect, this will mean that you have agreed to the amended/updated Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.  
If you do not agree to these changes, you should stop using the platform and terminate your membership in accordance with item 9 Termination.  

 

9. Termination  
   

9.1. Termination by a user 
You may terminate this AGREEMENT at any time by simply stopping using our services and/or canceling your account by sending an email to support@credoweb.ro. Upon termination, you lose the right to access or use the platform as a member. 
   

9.2. Termination from CredoWeb Ltd
CredoWeb Ltd. may terminate this AGREEMENT by sending an email to you in the following cases: 

 

a) In the event that CredoWeb Ltd ceases to operate the platform; 

 

b) In case CredoWeb Ltd. believes that you provide false information to your account or content or that you are below the minimum age required to use the platform. 

 

c) In case CredoWeb Ltd. considers that you are violating your obligations as a member. 

 

d) In case CredoWeb Ltd. believes that you are violating the rights of others or jeopardizing the security of the CredoWeb platform or others.  

 

e) In case you use premium services and systematically do not pay the fees required under your additional written agreement.  

 

f) In case you violate these terms and conditions by any other means.  

 

9.3. Even after termination of the AGREEMENT, the following shall remain in force: 

 

a) The rights of CredoWeb Ltd. to use and disclose user feedback; 

 

b) The rights of other users to re-share the content and information published by users who have ceased to participate in the platform, limited to the scope of what is already shared and copied before termination; 

 

c) points 6, 9 and 10 of this AGREEMENT; 

 

d) Any amounts due by any party prior to termination shall remain due after termination.  

 

10. Dispute resolution 

 

a) All clauses will be regulated by the Bulgarian legislation regardless of the rules for conflict of laws. 

 

b) Any dispute in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by mutual agreement and resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. 

 

c) In the event that someone claims against CredoWeb Ltd. related to user actions, content or information on the CredoWeb platform uploaded by users, the user will indemnity CredoWeb Ltd for any damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) related to such claim.

 

PRIVACY POLICY 
 
I. INTRODUCTION 
CredoWeb's mission is to connect all healthcare actors (consumers, medical professionals, organizations). The platform offers a variety of communication tools and solutions for all users and strives to be a digital space where users exchange expert medical and health information. 
The most important thing about this mission is our desire for transparency about the information we collect about you, how this information is used and shared, and your rights regarding your personal data. 

 

When you use the CredoWeb platform and any of our services, you should know that we use the personal data you provide in accordance with this privacy policy and all applicable laws. 
By using the CredoWeb platform, you consent to the use of cookies in your browser that do not contain your personal data. More information about cookies can be found in our Cookie Policy 

 

CredoWeb uses the services of other companies to be able to provide and maintain its services. This includes services such as cloud data storage, email, backup and support, etc. CredoWeb uses only trusted partners who share our values and commitment to your privacy, and you can find a list of these partners on the platform's website.  

 

For some of its services, CredoWeb uses trusted partners that can transfer and process user data in countries outside the European Union and in this regard CredoWeb Ltd. shall ensure that any user information is transferred in accordance with applicable law and in the safest possible way, and on the website of the platform you can find a list of these partners.  
 
II. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY CREDOWEB: 
When you use our services to make them better for you, we collect the following information: 
 
1. Activities in CredoWeb: 
• Topics, users and pages you follow; 
• Activities such as discussions, events and e-trainings in which you participate; 
• Emails and notifications you receive from us; 
• Videos you watch; 
• Ads you click on 
• Your location; 
• Device information; 
• Data about cookies used by CredoWeb; 
• Audio and video data you share. 
 
2. Content you create on CredoWeb: 
• Articles, events and discussions that you post, like or comment on; 
• Personal messages that you send and receive through the platform; 
• Profile information you add; 
• Contacts you add; 
• Photos and videos you upload; 
• Links you create to other content stored on our platform or other sites. 
 
3. Data that identifies you: 
To create a CredoWeb account, you need to enter minimal personal information that includes: first and last name, phone number, email and year of birth. If you wish to register as a medical professional, we will also ask you for a UIN, a medical specialty, the place where you practice. 
In order to be able to confirm your registration as a healthcare professional or expert working in a healthcare company, organization or institution, we may need additional document or information that we will notify you of. This will allow us to provide you with more opportunities when using the platform (e.g. page creation, content, etc.) 

 

The provision of other personal information in your account is entirely at your discretion. If you wish, you can supplement your profile with data such as:  
*Address of practice *Workplace *Education *Interests *Professional medical publications *Link to web page *Memberships in organizations *Professional experience *Position/title/title *Languages *Geo-location *Date and month of birth *Gender *Professional title/title (for medical professionals). 

 

The public content of the CredoWeb platform is available to any Internet user and access is not dependent on any consent to the processing of personal data. If you decide not to provide the minimum data needed to register, you will not be able to create an account, but you will be able to access the platform and  use some of our services,  in this case, your IP address is processed again, which is necessary in order to access the platform, whether you create an account or not. 

 

CredoWeb Ltd. stores your personal data for the period for which you decide to use your user profile or until you decide to withdraw your consent in part or in full. If you decide to delete your profile or some of your information, it may take up to 1 month for all your information to be deleted from our systems. For legal reasons, we must retain data regarding your consent to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and your consent to use your data for marketing purposes for a longer period.  
 
III. HOW CREDOWEB USES YOUR INFORMATION: 

 

1. We provide the best services through continuous improvement and development of CredoWeb services. 
We use your data to provide, customize and maintain our services for you or the organization on behalf of which you use our services. We also use your data to improve and develop our services in the interest of the user. 
 
 2. Marketing of services and activities: 
CredoWeb may use the personal information you shared as a member of the platform to offer you specially targeted content that may include marketing and/or advertising information. We will ask for your consent for the following activities:  

 

(1) Receive a periodic newsletter with useful information on the email you specified. The newsletter contains articles, news, discussion information, online training courses and other topics, according to your stated interests. The newsletter may contain marketing and/or advertising content. You can sign out at any time through your account settings.  

 

(2) Receive notifications about private messages that you have received from other users on CredoWeb on the email you specified. These notifications help you stay informed about the personal correspondence you have on the platform. You may receive messages from users and/or pages containing marketing and/or advertising content, but you can block sending ones if you don't want to receive content from them. You can sign out of email notifications for private messages at any time through your account settings.  

 

(3) To receive invitations to events, games, discussion groups, online training courses, questionnaires and other activities carefully selected for you based on your interests in the email you specified. They will help you learn everything that happens on the platform on the topics that interest you. These invitations may contain marketing and/or advertising content. You can sign out of email invitations at any time through your account settings.  

 

(4) CredoWeb may share information with event organizers, discussions, online trainings about your activities in them. This mainly includes information that is publicly available to all participants, such as comments, likes, certificates received. Using this information, organizers can improve their activities to be more useful to you. You can stop sharing information about your activities by posting as an "anonymous user" or changing your account settings.  
You can withdraw your consent through your preferences in your account settings 
 
IV. CREDOWEB LTD. PROTECTS YOUR INFORMATION: 

 

1. Your security comes first in everything we do: 
We work hard to protect our users' interest in unauthorized access or unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction of information we store and to put in place protective measures to protect user information by:  

 

use security protocols such as HTTPS;  
we use the highest encryption standards in the industry;  
use physical protection measures to protect against unauthorized access to our systems;  
we restrict access to personal information to employees, contractors and others who need to know this information in order to process it. They are subject to strict contractual obligations of confidentiality, data processing procedures and internal rules;
regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks;  

 

2. How we prevent harm and respond to legal inquiries: 
We introduce various protection measures to protect the user's personal data. In case of identified risk or unauthorized access to data or a signal from a user (security risk/unauthorized access), we will take all possible measures to limit the risk and conduct an investigation, remedy security weaknesses/breaches and notify the state institutions for personal data protection in accordance with the law.  
We do not provide "disguised" access to data to our users or to servers that store their data to state institutions, but we may grant them access, retain and share your information in response to a legal request (such as a court order, etc.) if the law obliges us to do so.  
 
V. CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION: 

 

Your right to control your personal information is very important to us. Therefore, we give you full access to modify or delete any information you have provided to us.  
 
1. Control and delete information: 
When you share information in your account, you have full control to change or delete it by signing in and editing the information or deleting your account.  
 
2. Control your platform privacy settings: 
We try to give you as much privacy control as possible. You can manage the extent to which you give us your consent, use your information to offer you interesting content and information from the platform. You can manage the privacy of your information through your account settings 
Please refrain from sharing sensitive personal information about yourself and always remember that others can identify aspects of your life through the personal information you share on the CredoWeb platform.  
 
VI. ADS, CONTENT AND MARKETING COMMUNICATION: 
 
1. Ads and content based on user preferences: 
Ads play a big role in supporting and providing our services. We use data only to show you these ads, but we do not provide your personal data to advertisers without your explicit consent. We only provide them with anonymous statistics about their ads.  
We offer users specially targeted content and advertisements through our services, using automated profiling for this purpose. This includes content in the user's information panel that is based on their interests. These recommendations may include articles, events, discussions, e-learning, relationships with other users, or follow pages. We do not use automated profiling for any purpose other than that described here. We do not use automated profiling to make decisions about you when decisions are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which causes legal consequences affecting you or other consequences that affect you just as significantly. 
 
 
2. Marketing communication:  
We use data and content for invitations and communication, promoting our services or the services of our partners through one or more of the following ways: a periodic newsletter; internal messaging system; desktop notifications; notifications on a mobile device; banners, invitations to events, games, discussions, trainings, questionnaires; content and advertising recommending service.  
We provide you with the opportunity to opt out of these marketing communications at any time. 
 
VII. YOUR RIGHTS: 

 

CredoWeb Ltd. respects your privacy rights and does its best to protect them. In this regard, keep in mind that: 
1. You may request that your personal data not be used for any purpose other than that for which you have expressly agreed and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable laws. 
2. You may request a correction of your personal data. 
3. You may request a copy of all personal data stored on CredoWeb. 
4. You may restrict by any means or withdraw your consent altogether. 
5. You may request the deletion of any individual or all of the personal information collected about you (the right to be forgotten). 
6. You may decide not to be part of automated profiling and/or automated solutions regarding you when the decisions are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which causes legal consequences affecting you or other consequences that affect you equally significantly. 
7. You may request access to the information used about you, correct it, use human intervention, express an opinion, object and challenge a decision about you when the decision is based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which causes legal consequences affecting you or other consequences that affect you equally significantly. 
8. You may ask not to be targeted with marketing communication. 
9. You may want to know the place where your personal data is stored. 
10. You may request that your personal data not be sent or shared with third parties outside the European Union where there are no appropriate measures in place to protect your personal data. 
11. You may request that your personal information be transferred to a third party in a standard format. 
12. You may request information and assistance from us in relation to the use of your personal data and your rights. 
13. You can file a complaint about your rights with the state institutions for personal data protection. 
 
VIII. YOUR CONSENT: 
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully and consent to the use of your personal information for the purposes you choose. You may restrict or completely withdraw your consent at any time from your account settings and delete your account. Please note that this does not affect the legality of all actions performed by CredoWeb prior to the withdrawal of consent. If you withdraw your consent, CredoWeb will not delete your profile, but will only stop using your data for the marketing services and activities described in Section III, item 2. 
 
IX. CHANGES AND NOTIFICATIONS: 
We may periodically amend/update this Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and cookie policy. In case we make changes, we will notify you through the platform tools and/or other means to enable you to review the changes before they take effect. If you object to any of the changes, you may delete your account and stop using the platform as a registered user. As long as you continue to use our services after the notice period has expired and the changes have taken effect, this will mean that you have agreed to the amended/updated Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Cookie Policy. 

 

If you do not agree to these changes, you should stop using the platform and terminate your membership in accordance with item 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.  
If necessary, we will ask again for your consent to the processing of your personal data.
