In Bulgaria Actavis is the biggest pharmaceutical company in sales in units and production capacity. Actavis has two operation sites in Dupnitza and Troyan, that are one of the biggest and the most modern sites within the company. Actavis currently employs around 1300 people at the commercial operation and the sites in Bulgaria. We are looking for a Trainee Supply Chain Management TPM International

Key responsibilities:
Assist with the monthly development of a replenishment plan for each allocated 3rd Party Manufacturing site that supports customer service and inventory metrics for all countries and global business units across a defined product portfolio;

Assist the development and agreement of constrained replenishment plans for existing and new products. Ensure that signoff of replenishment plan with predefined group of assigned 3rd Party Manufacturing sites is agreed monthly through a supply consensus process including identification of key constraints and implications;

Support the Global and Regional S&OP process through relevant metric reporting and summary of key supply/capacity decisions required;

Actively contribute to the development of the supply planning strategy and implement relevant elements within 3rd Party supply planning area according to globally agreed SC planning strategy;

Partner with the Supply Management and Contract Management group to support contracting, performance management (SRM processes) and the ongoing relationship with 3rd Party Manufacturing sites;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytical skills, good oral and written communication skills, and can see the “big picture” while still paying attention to the detail.
  • Capable of presenting information with supporting analysis and assumptions.
  • Ability to utilise technology to improve efficiency and performance including advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience/Education:


  • Current student or recent graduate from a scientific or business management discipline;
  • Excellence in English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 2010 or above – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Discretionary:
  • Previous work experience is a plus;
  • Knowledge of other foreign language
