The local affiliate SANOFI BULGARIA EOOD is looking for Medical Science Liaison Diabetes, Bulgaria
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Support definition of country medical needs in the field of diabetes and participates in development of medical strategy per country;
•Implements country Diabetes Medical Operating Plan within the scope of Brand plan;
•Provides scientific competitive intelligence;
•Performs mapping of OLs at country level, prepare and implement of action plans at country level;
•Support cross functional teams on market access, reimbursement, prescription guidelines, RMP local implementation;
•Scientific exchange of information with HCPs;
•Support evidence generation activities such as investigator site identification, investigator sponsored study (ISS) feasibility check, attending investigator meeting etc., External scientific communications;
•Continuous medical education on a local or regional level (reactive and upon request from a healthcare professional);
•Speaker training and speaker engagement in scientific events including advisory boards, round table meetings, medical education meetings etc.;
•Organizing and participating in advisory boards, round table meetings and other medical educational meetings in line with the local country compliance laws and regulations vi;
•Supporting scientific partnerships/ collaborations with external stakeholders.
•Contributes for the country specific Medical strategy;
•End-to-end Implementation of country Medical plans for the whole Diabetes portfolio in line with the defined Brand plans;
•Support implementation of company clinical studies & unsolicited requests for ISS in the country;
•Medical education for internal and external customers, organization of scientific events, support update of local guidelines in the country;
•Best in class medical information service for HCPs and customers.
KEY DECISION RIGHTS
•Implementation of Diabetes Field medical activity plan in the country;
•Contribute to the planning and controlling Medical and clinical expenditure in the country.
•Brand strategy & planning for the country;
•A&P allocation for medical projects/activities.

Competencies & Behaviours
•MD or pharmacist;
•Other background should be validated by Regional medical.
Experience & knowledge
•5 years’ experience in pharma business;
•Knowledge of pharmaceutical medicine and legal requirements in pharma;
•Previous cross-country experience is an advantage;
•Regulatory knowledge, financial processes and business planning;
